    will your program make it so we can use files like this? Nothing wrong with the current models but i figure if we can somehow use something like this that we may be able to put out better models.

@Night Wolf

the textures of WWE '13 and so on are all differently parted. The model of each character defines which part to use from the texture. So there would be some way of model and texture converting needed and I think this is pretty hard to code (idk, should be right, or?).

i am working on taking it apart and individually using each part. I hope that it turns out good.

that fragMOTION program does allow for UV mapping, so we could edit the models to recognize those textures. Texture menu, UV Mapper.

That is well beyond me though Undecided

What are some programs that could do that?

I made another tutorial, some of the features of that fragMOTION program I found, duplicating objects, adding vertices to models to make them look better, making those additions animate, and finally deleting stuff.

Weighting
To clarify the weighting value you encountered when adding vertices to the pants, the weight is the influence a joint has on a vertex.

So if you were to type in .7 on the vertices under the left hip, then .3 will be influenced by another bone elsewhere. Sometimes this .3 will be distributed randomly if not specifically set, depending on the software.

Having multiple skeleton influences on vertices is useful for deformation at joints but I believe that the more bones you have influencing vertices the more likely it is to affect frame rate. That said, managing more than 2 or 3 bones gets to be a pain anyway.

Thanks for all the time spent on the mod I can't wait to get in there as well.

And thank you for that great explanation! With being able to import models from other programs now, things can get very interesting with this game.

RE: Pro Wrestling X Editor - Import/Export Models, Textures, & Sounds!
    I am currently working on the models for the game trying to remap them so that we can use wwe 13 textures. Son broke his foot over the holiday weekend and has been home so i have not had the time to put into this project like i would like to have. Hoping that sometime this weekend i will get some time to continue working on this project. My spirits are high and extremely motivated to see this project done. Please bear with me for i have no experience in how too map a model but i promise you that i will not quit until my goal is achived.
