Anyone here ever play Def Jam Vendetta: Fight For New York?
It's a great wrestling game and fight game at the same time. It uses the AKI grappling system. The game got excellent reviews all over the place. It was released in 2004. I just ordered a copy for my Playstation 2. I'll let you know how it plays.

I played the game before this (just Def Jam Vendetta) a little bit. But I played to less to give a good reaction.

Well I have Fight For New York, but hasn't got the need for testing it yet Wink Tell me, if you like it when you played it.

Can you please tell me a little more about it? Please!!!

Is Dr. Death Steve Williams Homicidal Backdrop Driver in the game?

Also what about the Create A Fighter Feature? Hows that? Can you create some real life looking wrestlers with their real movesets?????

Please answer as soon as possible because I haven't ordered yet but will today if you say it's worth it. I'm interested in the wrestling part mostly???

Can we create some real life looking wrestlers with their movesets?

Thank You Very Much!

Even if Doc's backdrop is in (which it isn't, to my knowledge), you can't create someone who looks like a pro wrestler in that game.

That's SAD. I paid $55 for a brand new sealed copy and it should be here Saturday and I can't create a wrestler.

What should I do?

Don't open it and put it on ebay?

And go back to Fire Pro Returns??

You CAN create a wrestler, but you can't put them in wrestling gear. Only street clothes.

Thank You Very Much for the quick reply. Do they have different faces and beards with mouthstaches.

What about different faces and hairstyles?

Do you use the D-Pad plus one of the face buttons to do a grapple move or is it the Analog stick plus the face buttons to do a grapple move?
